Pilates By Bryony

Two of my best friends in the UK had been raving about Pilates with Bryony, they had seen great results so I thought I would try too in Hong Kong. I wanted to find something that would be more calming and a great addition to the fitness I was already doing! Bryony’s app is really easy to use and the videos are really addictive- I’m now in week 4 and loving it! I’m also already seeing results, win win!

Absolutely love the app. It is very well structured. I like that I can choose from different sections , spicy, strength etc. Exercises are the right mixture of accomplishment and challenge. I enjoy that I do not get too overwhelmed with choices and feel great after each workout. Thank you!

Bryony’s approach has meant that I’ve been so consistent with my Pilates practice as there are options to suit whatever I need. Some days it’s a short, gentle stretch, whereas others I want want to do a harder strength workout. The teaching is clear & easy to follow & the app is super easy to use.

Adore Bryony and adore this app! It’s so varied and easy to switch up what you want to do - absolutely love it and highly recommend!

I have been using the app for 18 months and I have never been so consistent with exercise. Although never easy, and as a 47 year old with a stressful job and two children, I always find the time to get to the mat. Lower abs are my problem area like a lot of women who are perimenopausal, but I am slowly but surely making progress!

The workouts are good but the app really needs improving, especially for the price. There are much better fitness apps out there for a lot less money. It’s hard to navigate, or find historical challenges to complete. Doesn’t seem like all the workouts are saved and there’s no order to any of the videos. You can make a ‘list’ of workouts once you’ve found them but you can’t ever mark them as complete so every morning you have to scroll through and try and work out which ones you’ve already done. Some of the 20 minute ones Bryony does seem really rushed as well.

Really enjoy the app and the workouts!
