Love this app!
Tasha is a phenomenal instructor and I always feel calm yet energized and toned when I finish her workouts! Love the weekly schedule and various plans. Lots of good healthy simple recipes as well!

Loving this app so much, the classes are doable on a daily basis, effective and impactful without being too much. I fit it into my routine before work every morning!

This is the first time I’ve ever stuck to working out consistently for longer than 14 days. I’m 10 months postpartum and I finally feel like I’m getting my strength back from doing these workouts. I’ve also attended a few live classes which were great as well! Highly recommend!

I love how fun and challenging the workouts are Tasha is a great instructor that keeps it moving and before you know it, the workout is finished and you feel strong and sore the next day. I’ve done a lot of workout apps in this one is proving to be a fast fav!
