Pins for Pinboard

Every couple of years, I end up in blind alley with respects to an iOS client for my favorite bookmark manager of choice, Pinboard. Pins is modern, works across platforms, and seems to have 95% of the features I need to manage my bookmarks well. As Pins adheres to the latest iOS conventions, I hope this client isn’t abandoned anytime soon. Supported with a full in-app purchase and couldn’t recommend it more highly.

When saving a pin on my iPhone from Chrome, the title of the page isn’t filled in. Makes it very difficult to search later.

I like the app generally, but I just realized you can’t edit the URL of a link you have saved. Seems like a strange limitation.

I was using Pinner for many years, it just worked, but was no longer updated. Found this when Pinner stopped working. I should have been using this the whole time.

The app does what it says basically with some quirks and bugs. Developer ignores support requests.

Everything goes in Pinboard, and the is the best way to get my links saved. Thank you!

Excellent app that works well with the pinboard bookmarking service but I really hope the developer doesn’t get too distracted with his other non-pinboard application. This application is too good to just fade away from lack of interest.

When this app is launched I’m seeing some odd addresses being queried. Test before trusting with your data.
