Downloaded the app and says will sent you a verification code which I asked twice and left it day and still no code so I assume it does not work so why don’t they remove it from the App Store

when the app works it’s good, I like being able to pay though the app, however, every time I use the app I have to delete and re download it as it refuses to accept my table number or QR code, delete and re install and it works fine first time, which is frustrating

It took me and my son 14 hours to find out how to even order the pizza. Very un-user friendly website. Instant delete for me.

The app is constantly stuck loading on the payment page and cannot progress beyond this. Vouchers that are applicable according to terms and conditions don’t seem to work on the app either. So far has been a hassle to use

I went to order online but when I went to customise the only option is to add and not to remove and I love the pollo ad Astra but hate onions so in store I ask for without it but would good if that was an option on the app.

When I select “collection”, the page is greyed out and does nothing. Whether it’s the app or website, it is so so difficult to actually order a pizza one wonders if Pizza Express actually want to sell anything!!

They have different categories for large classics & pizza and calzones, but when you order from the pizza menu the default is large? Then why have large be a separate category? Just seems to trick people into ordering large when they want normal size
