Can’t log on - poor
Can’t log in. Don’t get the emailed code. Yet can log in to the website.
Also forgotten password - don’t get the reset page.
Poor.
Can’t contact on website re the app as says need to connect on the app.
Lost my rewards when changed my email address as it said to close the old one down them create a new one and ask customer service. I did and guess what why couldn’t find the old email - duh - probably because I followed their instructions and closed it down first.
What a poor app and poor user experience.
LATE STAGE CAPITALIST NIGHTMARE
Mark Fischer wasn’t wrong - but oh god how i wish he was - there has to be some other way than this glitchy excuse for an app - what underpaid developer in Busan was chained to a desk and forced to write the rubbish! Great pizza tho - I recommend the restaurant in Woking - but this app is hellish !

Pleasant experience
The app is very well crafted and is a delight to look and operate. It’s all very on theme and works very smoothly. The rewards system has been splendid and saves me and my ball’n’chain lots of money😁
Do not refer a friend
The deals on the app are okay, but the so called “friend referral rewards” are absolute BULL. My girlfriend referred me to the app hoping to get a reward and it turned out to be a lie.

I never ever leave reviews and I thought this app needed appreciation. I have saved so much money through becoming a pizza express member the app is fantastic, so easy to use and always shows great deals and rewards.

No matter how many times I allow locations it woo t check in. Irritating, boring, pointless

Routinely takes my money and doesn’t give me pizza. Avoid, because if you don’t you’ll be poor, frustrated - and not have pizza.
