I initially signed up for a 7-day trial but was unexpectedly billed $10, followed by an additional $50 just three days later. The app itself doesn’t function as expected, while you can't manage subscriptions through your phone's settings, I had to send an email to address this issue. Overall, I found this approach to be misleading and not at all transparent.
I tried the app, but it didn’t showed up on my apple subscriptions so I forgot to cancel. Now I’m having a hard time cancelling the subscription, lots of bugs on the app when its about cancelling subscriptions. Just wow! Really low you guys!

They will NOT let you cancel the trial before it expires and just charge you for the year regardless!!! TERRIBLE.
Don’t download it. Poorly designed app and wrongly deduct money even I choose trial period. No reply or any support from developer.
This thing could even identify the most basic plants Totally useless
It identifies plants correctly generally but the “disease id” is very poor. It’s a bunch of preset statements based on the input you provide
The only problem is I paid for lifetime of the app approx 2 years ago and now they are saying I need to repurchase, so some services not available.
I had a really tough time getting out of it.
