Restarted my progress
I updated my game and i lost my acc i had like 250 hours on it uninstalled and never installing again

Sound bug
It’s a really great game but when I want to play my music it automatically lowers the volume without a chance to turn it up. There’s no help on Reddit. Please can you fix it?
All game progress lost after last update
The 1 star is not a reflection of the quality of the game, because it might be the best game available on the App Store. However, since the last update, the game deleted all the progress I made over the last few years, and I have no way of recovering it…. UPD: 2 weeks later, and my almost 10-year progress still hasn’t been restored. Deleting this game for good. It’s a shame it had to end like this.
Last update - epic fail
Last update reset my profile and progress after like 6 months of daily play. Great job! I am not going to play from the scratch this game anymore.
Lost all progress
I lost all progress due to not created some EA account that i completely overlooked... the game does not give you any warning or learn you about that. Also there is no chance to turn off ads even if you want to pay for it.
Věry bad game
After the last update I lost my entire account and have to start all over again! What is it supposed to be?? This has happened to me at least 5 times since the game first came out and I won't play it again. Nice work from the developers, especially when the player has purchased paid content and loses everything.
add one-time payment to remove the ads
you have completely ruined the game, unplayable, please add a one-time payment for removing the ad, otherwise it is for deletion
