I love the game but can you remove or option on how to remove the ads?? i don’t mind paying for premium subscription just to remove the ads

Lost progress
Update: progress still deleted for more than two months now! You still have no resolution until now?! What happened to my account?
App is buggy and keeps on crashing
I have uninstalled the app because it keeps on crashing while im playing and its eating away my gauntlet credits in the arena league. I think its because while im playing the game crashes and it seemed like I abandoned the game so I lose a gauntlet and not earn anything. Please fix this!

Can’t join Arena
I’ve been playing PVZ for many years and then I stopped. Now it’s not letting me join the arena. It will start and it just gets my gauntlet then shots down… I need help…
Bug in the App
I stopped playing this game for months but it was still installed in my ipad. When i went back the progress in the game was deleted and I started everything from scratch. Also, when i open the arena, the app just crash. I even check if my iPad storage is the problem but i still have free storage so definitely this is not the issue. Hope someone can help me solve this
