I didn't want to buy the app, I need a refund now and I have 0,00 usd in my account, specially in this pandemic moment, where the majority of people cannot afford a payment. You debit 59,99 usd without my conscent!

I didnt approved any charge at my credit card. I think it is an abuse from your part. ASAP!!!
Killed my Chinese banyon
Followed watering instructions, fertilizing instructions, and still killed my plant. Over watering, under watering cycles, over fertilizing, only using the amount I was told to use for both and still killed my plant. Don’t use this app. What makes it even worse is the premium I paid for that told me to do all this.

This is a scam. Stay away
I have downloaded this app a couple years ago. Had a weekly subscription as I needed it for a couple weeks. They have charging my account weekly about 7-8 dollars since then while I try to cancel my subscription. They do not have an option to cancel the subscription on the app. I had contacted them numerous times over the years to cancel my subscription and they have ignored my request and kept charging my card.
Plant identifier accuracy is poor
Tried to identify small grapefruit tree few times. Got completely different response, including holly. None were correct.
