I want my money back! I used the app for like 10 seconds, then i deleted it, I just needed to know how to water 1 plant, then boom, message from my bank, money gone, even if it had a 3 days free trial. Liars and thieves!

It always fails to diagnose a plant from the picture taken. After taking 3 photos from different angles of the plant the app takes you to a menu with plant diseases to choose from. Whatever you choose it will be the result of the diagnosis. I tried multiple settings for the photo with the sick plant in varied places, plain background in sunlight… it makes no difference, the photos have no say in the diagnosis result.

Beware of this application. It’s only here to take your money. First of all, it’s ONLY available if you pay around 65$ per year. You have the option to enable 3-days trial, but then the price gets to 75$ per year :))) it’s ridiculous, I am surprised that Apple didn’t blocked the app, honestly. And of course, free trial actually means subscribing and pray not to forget to stop it after 3 days ;). Anddd let’s say that after you pay for it, you actually want to use it - you’ll be surprised to see that the app is actually a scam… as long as they say they are only 95% accurate, they can always say that your search fell in the 5% inaccurate percentage. So, to sum up: - the app is not free, at all; - you pay more if you want “free” trial for 3 days; - the app is a scam, because it doesn,t work and they can cover their lie with the 5% inaccurate error margin.

As soon as I downloaded the software didn’t even realize I got charged and no option for a refund, I deleted it immediately and still had 80 euros taken off my account.

I tried the limited version but it only let me “verify” one pic of my dog and the app is telling me that my dog is a plant 😐 after that I tried one more pic and the app just crushed and closed... I reopen the app and I tried like 5 more times to check what my dog is but it send me to the paying page every time... I was really curious because I have my dog saved from streets... but unfortunately the app is awful... sorry...
