Nicebuild LLC. reserves the right to (i) modify the terms and conditions of the Free Trial offer, or (ii) cancel such Free Trial offer without notice.

iPad Version
Loving it so far, helps me a lot with my meeting lecture notes. I was wondering if there would be a version for iPad to be able to use the app vertically, since a lot use their iPads or tablets as a laptop attached to a keyboard. Thank you!
Poor customer service
Device works pretty good, although, in doing more research, I can do all PLAUD does with my iPhone and ChatGPT. I had, sadly, put my PLAUD device through the washing machine less than a month after purchase. I was hoping I could get it refurbished or some support in getting a new device. They offered me $10 off non-sale products In the midst of trying to get my yearly subscription reimbursed since I used it for less than a month 😥 Just thought with spending almost $400 on their product they’d be a tad more supportive.
So far so good.
Could that be the one? The one app that really do ‘well’ what it should do? Only problem is the safety of the information that Plaud process. I need to inquire more.

Have had device for just over a week and it is unbelievable. Has saved so much time.

All I can say is I just got this and tried on a first meeting and I’m blown away! The clarity of the recording and the summary, action item and esp the mind map was just … beyond expectations! I LOVE it! Keep up the amazing work on this device!

Snuck this into a 1on1 with a manager who was making an attempt at constructively dismissing me and was able to record them being coercive and using language which indicated discrimination. Used to as the basis for a severance package and damages!
