Horrible
Having to disable and enable packets when you are trying to recharge, and you are coming close to using up your data? What the hell is this? Why can’t you just recharge you phone number by clicking a 30zl packet that costs 30zl, and or have your remaining data roll over as well? Such a stupid app and illogical way of recharging a phone number! Where is my 4gb top up as well? It’s just disappeared there’s no reference to any data usage from it? I already lost 30zl the first time I recharged because there was no mention in the app that you have to go through all these ridiculous steps to disable and enable the same packets to then have to “charge” with money topped up to the account! Then there was no mention in the app that the actual money I topped up onto the account would be charged at a different rate and that I was on a new tariff, 0.12zl/ a mb. Ofcourse I lost my 30zl in an hour! Your default answer was “It is written in the contract” which ofcourse I don’t have access to when going through a simple recharge process on an app that will sooner take your money and reactivate you on an incorrect plan. If you’re going to change something be clear! In the interface that is in front of me, not in a hidden contract I do not have in front of me at all times that I clearly need to know back to front when it comes to play! Other telecommunications providers are no where near as difficult with their processes. Stop taking people’s money by being so unclear with your recharge process or do you just make enough money off this ridiculous scheme, that you keep it around? It’s beyond me anyway. I got my 30zl back from Play, so I’ll give you a bad review now that I’ve had to go through your dumb recharge process again.
