Terrible experience.
I add money to my account, and enable a package, but that doesn’t apply and uses my balance without a package instead. This turns my 30 zł into 29.90 zł and forcing me into adding more money.

01-01-2025 chciałam uruchomić automatyczne doładowania - wpuściłam nr karty płatniczej i okazało się że RZĄDACIE 5zł zamiast 3 zł opłaty za pakiet mini 3. - wycofałam kartę TO SĄ NIEUCZCIWE PRAKTYKI 22-10-2024 Doładowywuję co jakiś czas małymi kwotami i na koncie dzisiaj w PLAY jest 8 zł co wystarczy na moją opłatę za dwa miesiące - smsy z banku wogóle nie doszły Poprzednio Wpisałam nr karty płatniczej żeby się automatycxnie doładowywała opłata tymczasem wcale tak się nie dzieje i kiedyś daliście wiadomość że mój pakiet mini 3 jest wyłączony. Wtedy zadzwoniłam a Rozmowa z konsultantką jak z idiotą bez sensu - pani jak automat mówi że mam doładować , nie potrafi wyjaśnić w czym problem - więc dzisiaj skasowałam nr karty płatniczej ta karta nie po to była tu wpuszczona żebym musiała dodatkowo doładowywać ten telefon
