Very slow service with only 3 order in house. Four works talking and doing nothing. Açaí bow with froze product. Disappointed today, at 88 Ocean Ave.

It’s simply hilarious how actively bad this app is at taking money, considering that should be its one purpose. It won’t save a credit card, won’t accept a valid credit card (“error, security code doesn’t match!” even though it sure does match), and can’t stay logged in to the account. What’s the point? Playa Bowls is legitimately losing money with this worse-than-useless app. It’s 2024, just add Apple Pay as an option and we can all move on. Yeesh.

I noticed that the playa app charges a “convenience fee” at my local location to use the app to place an order.

The app is difficult to use and then they charge you $0.50 for the struggle.

Just started using the app and I’ve already noticed a lot of glitches. App freezes a lot or doesn’t load all of the information needed. Doesn’t seem like there is a QR code or anything to order in store and earn points. If you want points, it seems like you have to order via the app and pay a .50 cent convenience fee which is odd. Just seems like an outdated app in general.

Why does this app not store my credit card, makes ordering annoying. I have checked to store it 10 times. Also, why don’t they take Apple Pay.
