GIF export quality

Hi. I bought full version license unlimited. The app animation FX is amazing however I have to remove 5 stars and replace with 2 stars for now because hours of my art work became useless when I exported the artifact to GIF format it then destroyed everything, the GIF exporter is HORRIBLE and useless without any options to improve the quality of GIF file. Can you help to improve the exporter for GIF format like GIF smoother, repeat 5/10/15 times, quality low/medium/high, etc if you look at other example app such as GIF maker. Many thanks in advance.

Hi there, I’ve used this app since 2018. Not sure how/where should I address this. I think I made like a full purchase/one time purchase before, but seems like there are features now thy I couldn’t use unless I go PRO or something. Could you assist me? Plotaverse is a scam! Fraud!

I cannot see unsubscribe option in manage subscription after i subscribe! Stupid app! When i contacted support, they play dumb and keep telling to unsubscribe from phone where there isn’t an option to unsubscribe!

What happend to my previous paid apps?

Why i cant use it anymore? Keep asking me to upgrade to pro version. I bought ths app before (few years back) i just need the simple editing like i always did before. Now i cant even save it. So what happend to my previous payment/purchase?
