This app used to be good. I paid £4.99 before it was subscription and I want that version back. I feel I’ve paid £4.99 for nothing. The layout is really confusing now. Tried using the app today and I can’t do anything. £4.99 wasted. RIP off app

Doesn’t work! I’ve requested a refund!
I have downloaded the app via a ‘free trial’ and they took 89.99 out of my account immediately. There are no contact details anywhere across social media or within the app. Further to this - the app doesn’t work! You load up the video editor and it just crashes. Absolute robbery. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP
cant even figure out how to test it. crashed after few seconds and seems hella clunky
Bought the app and now app stop working United l unless I pay a monthly subscription. Early adopter got screwed.
Not sure why I am missing all the fx features - tried to reinstall but it still doesn’t work. Quite frustrating.
Had a subscription and was working fine until now that nothing works. I have contact them but the answer I get is an error on the web page so i been waiting for a month but nothing been done so had to stop my subscription of 12 pounds and still unable to use it. It’s a very good app but I think it needs an update but no one is listening so don’t waste time on this up until it starts working properly.
I cannot find anyone to contact about this app. The FX will not download and when I tried a 7 day trial out to see if the app would then work it charged me a full yearly amount the next day! I have tried to find a way to contact you to request a refund or help for technical issues and there is no way to contact you. Please help so I can get the app to work and a refund for a subscription I did not want or click on.
