Very good
Needs some type of history of what you ordered. Go to the pharmacy to pick it up and you ordered three and they only give you one they want to know what else did you order?
Wonderful
Fails to submit refill requests over and over again. I have to try many times to get a request successfully submitted. Has been this way for years. So frustrating. The only reason I bother is that I usually realize I need a refill outside of business hours.
I have had to reenter my information several times. The app keeps losing my medication list. It doesn't give the option to request delivery. It would be nice to be able to see my account online. Needs a place to add a note to the pharmacy staff.
Works intermittently. Not very user friendly. Checked settings to see why I didn’t get a notification that my Rx was ready. It said cell phone not available so went to my profile and reentered it. Still showing as cell not available. I am really missing RiteAid and their app.
My only niggling issue is that it keeps forgetting My Pharmacy. Other than that this I’ve used the App for a long time and it is so convenient and I’ve loved it
Pretty good app but the only BIG issue is that it won't let you delete expired medications!!!
The positives: The health news articles are very informative despite not being targeted/personalized. I haven't used the medication reminder feature, so I can't speak to that. The negatives: I've had to search for and select my pharmacy and its location every time I open the app. It says it's saving my selection but doesn't. I've made multiple attempts to add my phone number, but like pharmacy selection, it doesn't save it. Finding information about prescribed medications is hit or miss in this app. It often lands on a page that says "We're sorry...The page you requested does not exist, has been removed, or is temporarily unavailable." Another issue is duplicated meds in the refill selection. I'm on quite a few medications and all of them are listed at least twice. In my state, a single refill for the same medication can include a 1-month supply or a 3-month supply depending on how the doctor writes the script. The app, however, does not differentiate, and it can be confusing. My pharmacy has made errors in terms of providing a 1 month supply when it should've been 3 and vice versa, so it can be difficult to keep track of who, what, when, where, and how mistakes are made (the pharmacy's side or doctor's side). Another issue involves frequent errors. Sometimes it says refill requests have failed due to an internal server error but they succeeded. Other times it says they were successful when the pharmacy claims they weren't. It's impossible to know without calling the pharmacy and even then it can be unclear as there's supposedly only one worker who knows anything about the app and it seems like they are never there when I run into problems and have questions.
I love the ease of the app and the chance to see when my prescription is ready. I wish there was a way to remove old prescriptions once my dosage has changed or the medication number has changed. It would make things much easier to track at home.
