PocketRx - Refill Medications

I really wish this app would work. For whatever reason, it’s not up to date & refill requests are not completed

Setting up my account & my medications was very easy with step by step instructions. What is even another great advantage - I was able to set up my elderly mother’s along with mine! Great convenience! What would make this app even better, would be text messaging when prescription(s) are ready for pickup.

This app is really a good way to use once your medication is stored in it. It finds area pharmacies quickly once I put in the zip code. However, there is room for improvement; as I wish with every medication RX listing that they could also include the doctor, as this would help knowing who prescribed what. ie: I went to one doctor and got a RX. After several years, I switched doctors and got the same medication but my medication still had refills from the other doctor. It just gets to be confusing as you don’t want the pharmacy to fill the medication from your previous doctor, but from the current one. So having the ability to add the doctors name when you list the medication is ideal. Plus with older folks, they may know where they got the medication from as what doctor, but they don’t remember the medication. Overall, this app is a great app to have, but would be 100% better if the doctors name or clinic name could be added.

The app tells me I’m successful sending refill requests to the Pharmacy but they don’t receive it!! Boooo!

How do you remove prescription that you no longer need?

It’s very user friendly and my presentation is always ready.

It would be nice if you could delete old prescriptions that you don’t use anymore.

I have had this app for a couple years. For about the past year, I have had a lot of issues with getting my information to load. The app is really slow and the majority of the time I can’t even see my info. I have duplicates of all of my prescriptions and I can’t delete any of this because they just show back up the next time I use the app. My new prescriptions don’t show up like they used to either.
