Pollo Regio

Have visited this location, on Fry, previously. Today was the first time I heard they had an App. The very nice young man working the drive thru window asked me I had downloaded the App. I said no as I didn’t know they had one. So, I got home and downloaded it. This location is less than 5 min from my home. The staff here are very nice. It’s very clean as well. We have never purchased anything we didn’t like here. My mom really likes their beans. I enjoy their rice. We get the carne asada meal. If you’re in the area, I highly recommend!!!

Great customer service! The employee name :Blanca always smiling with great attitude ! My toddler loves the chicken and the horchata so she was the one who recommended me to download the app,I did so i got my first .free cajeta churro was really good thanks!!

Staff at the Little Elm location are always so friendly and pleasant. Ernesto greeted us today and totally took care of us, including a bag for chips and extra sauces!!

I have been driving by Pollo Regio restaurants for years. One just opened in our town, so after a suggestion from a friend, I went. OK. It is by far the best chicken I've ever had. I don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to write this one! I've already downloaded the app and I'm going to be a regular. Fantastic flavor!
