Re nombre dispositivo

Es ideal por ser nominar los dispositivos para asignar a salas específicas de reuniones y jo existan problemas al conectarce de forma cruzada con otras salas

App stopped working

The app is not able to connect to the B8200 headset even if it is connected by bluetooth.

Desconfigura el volumen

Al usarla para buscar el auricular y darle el volumen de alerta desconfigura el volumen del iPhone La use y note que al recibir algún llamado el teléfono sonaba más fuerte y también sucedía al bloquearlo Elimine la app y volvió todo a la normalidad Probado en iPhone y en el iPad

Not helpful

I bought BackBeat Pro 5100 earbuds today and I tried to find the backbeat app. I am deaf in my right ear and was hoping I could find a setting to help me with that but apparently this is the app now? And they don’t even support my device.

No support for Plantronics BackBeat PRO 5100

The backbeat app i had used was discontinued and no longer available to download. Found this app and that HP bought Plantronics :( alas no support for my headphones and can’t find it in the list of devices. Registered this device and not even an email from HP letting legacy device owners know about the change and their decision to end support, classy move :( Plantronics Hub is useless for iphone. Done with HP and their lack of customer awareness.

Device not supported

I have a plt bbfit3100, and this app doesn’t support it. Not only that, but from I can tell you got rid of the app that did support it. So sick of tech companies doing this. Why remove the app that had support for it if you weren’t going to support it here? I literally just want to connect with my left earbud while my right one charges, but I can’t without using the app.
