Hi. Could you please help me to connect with my earphones? App for my earphones is only on Google play. I can use my device but unable to activate noise cancelling and other benefits.

What about iPad support? Landscape & portrait!

The app seems pretty cool so far. It connects my 5200 no problem. Very handy to have a find my headset feature 👍

I use the device every day,I thought I’d put it on charge ,then panic when I realised I hadn’t !!! Set the noise alert and found it in 50 seconds. Very helpful indeed

Useless app cannot connected to my BB Fit on iPhone as it’s no longer listed as supported. What a joke!

As a blind user this function is a godsend. 👍👍👍👍.

The headphone sound great and have a mic that works very well even, only picking up my voice even in noises places (I have the Voyager 8200 series). The app on the other than is only ok. There is no iPad version. Pressing mute on the headphones doesn’t pass that information into apps like Microsoft Teams (other headphones do) and can results in double mutes (muted on the headphones and muted in Teams requiring a person to unmute both before they can be heard). The app also lacks the ability to configure “hear myself” in the earphones, a feature that results in the person shouting less because they can hear their voice through the headphones. Finally, the app doesn’t recognise the headphones connected to the device. It should recognise the model of the headphones connected and configure itself accordingly.

the application is tragic. Cannot connect device. Nothing helps, uninstalling and reinstalling. The device is paired and connected via bluetooth. Only the application does not see Voyager 5200. Another company with a cool product and a tragic, useless application for handling a cool device.
