The payment is less compared to the fuel price

I recently travelled in a ride and I was travelling from scarborough to kingston. The driver was very pessimistic even after telling him that my brother got stuck in some family emergency and it was raining heavily, the driver refused to pick me up from my place. And said that it was off- routing, later-on he asked me for money. Then he did the same when I asked him to drop me off to a bus stop which was only 1-2 mins drive from the drop-off place. Is it not off-routing when it comes to money? The guy treated his wife as a customer, is it even allowed to do that? After saying all this to him, I got a bad review as a customer. Highly disappointed with the driver and the company as well. The advantage of drivers rating a customer is being MISUSED here. I am deleting this app and will never use it.

Firstly, I will like to remind Poparide management that this is a rideshare app and not Uber. To not give drivers a say in cancelling rides, to straight up banning accounts due to cancellation or declining requests and the policy of 1 cancellation in six months doesn’t make any sense. Riders most of the times are unresponsive post booking, will have unrealistic pick up and drop off expectations and sometimes will be rude. In such cases, drivers should have the liberty to choose whom to take and whom not to. This is at the end of the day, a Rideshare app. Even Uber and Lyft gives drivers the liberty to cancel riders if they want to. The customer support team is non existent and there isn’t any call support available. Poparide as an app due to its policies, is the worst RIDESHARE app I have come across ever. Rework on the policies or else someday you guys will get sued for the inconvenience.

Getting notification for some rides in mail but not in application Overall application is very comfortable in use and best with the options given But driver’s are not replying soon

I was register in poparide as a driver. Passengers paid money through the app after few hours my account blocked. I tried to connect with support but they are responding only through a automated mail. Not even explaining whats the reason for blocking. My money stuck on the app.

Have successfully used on multiple occasions for trips between Toronto and Montreal. Easy to use, albeit basic, app.

Hi users I’ m using this app since last 3 months but it is going bad day by day as they starting block your account, contact numbers and email without any reasons And when we ask them about this through their support email they response very rudely and same replies again and again Although you are verifying your email you license and account number still they put you on suspicious section

They permanently banned my account without any warning or explanation. I have used there app over hundreds of times following their terms and have many positive reviews to back this up. When I contact support they refused to communicate with me because “my account has been blocked”. They owe me payment for the rides I have done but won’t even let me communicate them.
