Pathetic Policies & Awful Customer Support
Firstly, I will like to remind Poparide management that this is a rideshare app and not Uber. To not give drivers a say in cancelling rides, to straight up banning accounts due to cancellation or declining requests and the policy of 1 cancellation in six months doesn’t make any sense. Riders most of the times are unresponsive post booking, will have unrealistic pick up and drop off expectations and sometimes will be rude. In such cases, drivers should have the liberty to choose whom to take and whom not to. This is at the end of the day, a Rideshare app. Even Uber and Lyft gives drivers the liberty to cancel riders if they want to. The customer support team is non existent and there isn’t any call support available. Poparide as an app due to its policies, is the worst RIDESHARE app I have come across ever. Rework on the policies or else someday you guys will get sued for the inconvenience.
