Hye, semoga dapat baiki apps Pos laju. Cepat betu crash nya. Processing time pun ambil masa

Nak register banyak kali pun tak boleh. Gambar macam apa. Perbaiki apps ni. Tak friendly betul. Susah.

Ok I understand if you want your customers to download the app for shipping purposes. But I cannot accept that it took so long to load and seems like the app hasn't been fully ready to be used. Stucked at the verification process for a long time and i went out to dhl instead. Sorry but you need to improve your app before you want to impose it to customers

Keep showing invalid postcode while it’s the correct and legit postcode. Then, cannot continue the consignment due to the invalid postcode.

When you guys goin to improve the system, been years the system been implemented, still nothing change, every now and then unknown error popping up, tracking parcel buffering issues never fix. Please look at the rating on your apps. Please improve the system. Btw Hire some mystery shoppers go visit your outlet and you know your customers frustration I believe the rating so low also related by your counter staff.

Lousy app and got lots of restrictions. Keep asking you to verify your ID but got lots of conditions.. tried for 10min.. keep failing..

Letak poscode johor dan sarawak selalu cakap invalid poscode . Tolong improvekan lagi
