The app is super simple and easy to use, I love the motivating and inspirational quotes especially with the widgets, and the journal prompts push me to reflect and dive deep into my own thoughts. And the subscription is reasonably priced too. Overall it's a really useful app and I'd 100% recommend it!

This app combined with listening to Leo’s podcast from episode one, has already started unlocking parts of my emotions that I’ve never dealt with. I love the addition of the questions because they genuinely make me reflect on the positives of my day rather than everything that went wrong.

First off, I just want to start by saying that I absolutely love Leo. He is literally what I need at all times. His podcast -Aware & Aggravated- gives me LIFE.
