Postagram: Photo Postcards

Now it’s 15 days since ordering. Nothing. Waste of time. Was for a birthday. 😡

I sent my kids a Postagram 11 days ago to their camp and it never arrived. I sent several after that as well that never got there. Meanwhile, people who sent regular mail saw their letters get there in 2-3 days. Postagram must use some kind of mail service that takes forever.

I’ve had this for several years, I use it to send grandparents and anyone else Thank You Letters. I just wish there was a way you could Send Money through the app. Whether that’s a QR Code or the Distribution Company sending cash with the card. Whenever someone receives the card they can scan a code or take cash off the card. Granted that would be paid for by the Sender though the app, along with the $2 card Fee. Not sure if it’s possible, but if so I think many would use that feature.

Have had multiple issues with cards not being sent. Was passed through at least 7 different customer service people with each one asking me the same questions over and over - never once investigating my issue. There are more apps to code from.

I love this app!!! It’s so easy to send picture cards that will be treasured for a long time. Outstanding quality, easy to navigate, and super fast.

The app is so convenient and fun. However the shipping is insanely slow. I do t even know how they’re managing it to be so slow…even after printing it is more than a week in the mail.

The app itself is easy to use and works fine. However, every postcard that I’ve had sent to someone has taken about a week longer than the *expected delivery date stated on the order. I realize this is just their best guess but two weeks is a little absurd.

I love and use this app frequently and it’s great to use when I visit friends and we take pictures and I can send them and postcard after our visit with a thank you on there however, I’ve been asking Support team to add some new backgrounds to their postcards and I’m not getting an understanding from them.

Been using this app for years- just sick of them not always delivering and having NO WAY of knowing unless i reach out to every person I sent it to and ensure they received it Blaming the USPS is SO LAME. you 100% had the capability to make it right and you refused.

Been waiting for my pictures to come and they never come when they’re supposed to be delivered.
