PostNord - Track your parcels

“Our app contains everything you need to keep track of your parcels.” - Rubbish. “You can see where your parcel is and when it’s expected to arrive.” - Liars. Actual info: “Estimated delivery date is currently unknown.” Last logged movement: 7 days ago. Absolute shambles of a delivery service.

I keep being directed to the app from the PostNord website. I’m based in England and have ordered a parcel (from Denmark) and apparently it’s been dropped at a service point and needs collecting, but I can’t find out where the service point is! The website says for communication in English to download the app, but it won’t let me select my location - only offering Sweden, Denmark and Finland. Very concerned about where my parcel is!

Swedish postal services have been operating in a commercial market now for three decades - and still its operators and representatives believe themselves to be civil servants, tasked with keeping the plebs in their place rather than actually providing a competitive service. Order something from a country the PostNord central trade union committee doesn’t approve of, or from a global retailer they’ve declared undesirable at one of their politburo meetings, and you can be sure it’ll get delayed by at least a fortnight, eventually turning up with a bill attached for some eyewatering amount for “customs processing” (within the EU) or some other dreamt-up act of random bureaucracy.

Unbelievable how bad this service is notifications do not work and is only available for nordic phone numbers

I wanted to receive my retainers which I had forgotten In England. Been in customs for nearly 2 weeks now whenever I try to contact them through the app or phone I have no response. Absolute shambles trying to charge me 700kr (Just under £100!?!) for my retainer which should have no VAT. Sent a customer contact form no response…. terrible company

Clear, smooth, easy to use and nicely designed app. I got all my mail, everything was logged immediately onto the app and delivered very quickly. Thank you for your service.

PostNord customer service are rude and unhelpful and make no attempts to help you and explain things.

Disappointed you removed localisation for Norway. It means people who have a main phone with a different localisation (many internationals do) can’t get access to the app. With many paid apps that no longer work when switching stores, it’s not always practical.

This app works in Sweden Finland and Denmark but not in Norway. Keep getting links to “open in App” a post nord link opens in the app but won’t do anything.
