Have used it for years and it was great but am disappointed with the lack of new options, clearly they are not investing in the products and also really frustrated with the top-up options. I had $11 left and in order to spend it must add $50… what a rip-off! I should be able to use my remaining credit.
Great idea for travellers but the app is not easy to use
Thought this would be a great way to send family in australia a post card whilst working remotely. Only after ordering they say it can take 25 days to receive. Postcard was never received in the end as well.
I use this app to send cards to elderly friends. It’s easy to use and I like how I don’t have to find a post office to send it.

Wouldn’t recommend as cards eventually turn up around 4 weeks after order. Better alternatives available
This is a very handy app with lots of great features. I love that you can duplicate a card, save addresses. One thing I don’t like is that’s it’s difficult to edit the text once you’re done because the cursor doesn’t easily hit the text needing editing. By making the font smaller though, this seems easy enough to overcome. Overall, a great app that produces good quality and generously sized cards.
I’ve had postcards take nearly 2 weeks to go from ordering to printed. The quality is great, the options available are good, the app is ok but weird to use. Overall pretty good but sometimes way too slow to print them
I had an event and thought I would use post snap to send the invites out. They never arrived and I never got a refund and then months later they decided to post them. Not good at all
