Postcard App - PostSnap UK

I’ve tried to upload photos multiple times but the app just closes down.

Used to use this all the time for holiday postcards but ridiculous change to font size on back means can’t say anything. 30 words is maximum on the large postcard. Will have to find alternative app.

…but it often doesn’t. No problem with the process of taking my money for preorders today, but couldn’t upload and send any cards.

A great app, but it takes about 6 days the postcards to actually be delivered which is very slow in my view.

Sent three postcards and they took over 6 weeks to arrive. Frustrating as I have a lot of credit left to use. I’ve used this app for years and it’s been great but it seems to have deteriorated. Also, no obvious way to complain or contact customer service. The in-app contact option doesn’t work.

Have a stack of these lovely prints of family growing up. Treasure them!

This used to be a good app but has really gone downhill. The handwriting on iPad has not worked for ages and orders have just got lost after taking ages to prepare them. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

I’ve told myself so many times I will no longer use this app! Why would you limit the amount of words on the cards? That makes no sense and it was not limited in the past! That really needs sorting out

Used to like PostSnap, albeit there were a few things which annoyed me. But now they’ve made it worse! After getting a message that there was too much text, it won’t let you reduce the font size even though the option is apparently there. Then on selecting the “large postcard” option, it increased the font size automatically meaning it could accommodate even less text. Went back to edit it, but couldn’t reduce font size back to what it was. Total madness. Immensely frustrating. Appalling user experience. I’m not paying another penny for this nonsense. I’ve just signed up with Touchnote.

I’ve just sent a PostSnap card to my brother in Australia. I’ve now received an email saying it will take 10 to 25 days! It would be faster by snail mail.
