Super App
Die App ist wirklich gut. Ich finde es nur schade, das man in der FreeApp nur immer das erste "Level" machen kann. Aber sonst kann ich jeder Schwangeren nur empfehlen:)

Best app for postpartum
I signed up for the subscription to check out the service and then I didn’t like it. It’s just a cheap app with dumb cartoons working out. Then, the cancel subscription button under My Account doesn’t work. It’s just a rip-off
I am early in my 3rd trimester of my first pregnancy, and I’ve been using this app regularly (at least 3x/week) for about 3 months. I was relatively fit before pregnancy, with a pretty consistent 4x/week routine of yoga, Pilates, and body weight exercises. Overall, I’ve enjoyed this app very much. The exercises are manageable but do make me feel like I’ve gotten a workout, the animations make it easy to follow the instructions, and many of the stretches and exercises are in-line with recommendations I’ve seen to not only stay in shape, but also prepare for an easier birth. There are just a few aspects that could use improvement: 1. The timing doesn’t always feel realistic, as you can often accomplish far more reps than recommended by following the approximate speed of the illustration, while at other times there is not enough time to accomplish the recommended number of reps. 2. The music/audio doesn’t work on my app. 3. I sometimes wish there were options for slightly longer or shorter workouts, although on the whole I appreciate having the set 20 minutes. 4. I sometimes wish there was a bit more diversity of exercises; it can feel a little repetitive, even though there is a good mix when it comes to the order in which the exercises are organized. 5. I wish the illustration wasn’t so thin. There is already so much toxic imagery and so many unrealistic body images online, I wish the illustration of a “pregnant woman” that I have to watch every morning wasn’t so unrealistically thin.
Love that each workout is only 20 mins !!
So great for your entire pregnancy. Gentle, but tough. Obsessed.
You have to sign up for a membership before it actually shows you what the app has to offer. You’re better off going to body building.com or YouTube to get a more ideas or exercises during a healthy pregnancy. Do not recommend. This might be helpful once your closer to your due date with easier exercises but it’s not work paying for you can find these online for free. Don’t waste your money.
The workouts are great and are perfect for me as they aren’t so intense that I can’t workout after a long day, but also not so easy that it seems redundant. However, it does not link with my Apple Watch activity, which is the reason for four stars. It is a big enough lack of feature for me to seek a different app. However, if it did link I would keep the app and subscription. I could be using it wrong, but from other reviews and from poking around on the app it doesn’t seem so.
I’m only three days in to the app and 22 weeks with my first. I didn’t have the energy to really workout until now but have started to have pain while sleeping so searched for something to keep me loving. I was an active person running and working out before so I like this simple format of putting together different exercises in 20 minute chunks that are totally doable. I coupled with 30 minutes of walking and the pains are subsiding!
The workouts are great but you can’t leave the app once you’ve started one. Also, the audio doesn’t work which is annoying because you have to look at the screen all the time to figure out what to do next or how much time is left. The iPad app also loads upside down and won’t flip.
