Prequel: Photo & Video Filters

tried saving my beautiful hyunjin video I did but when I tried saving it it said I could only save it if I had premium.

Don’t use this app if you want to continuously use the same filters. They constantly change what filters are actually free, it’s so greedy it’s ridiculous.

I used to use this app a couple years ago when every first filter was free to use, now there’s no way to use the app at all without paying for stock filters they probably stole from somebody else to begin with what a shame.

used to be my favorite editing app but now EVERY SINGLE THING needs premium!

LOL you guys are crazy now simple filters like lomo are under a paywall.

I absolutely used to love this app. I used it all of the time for photo editing and video editing. I recently downloaded the app again because I’m getting back into editing and turns out every single filter is now premium??????????? Like… I remember SO many filters were free and now I can’t find one good one. For example, the miami filter, I used to use it ALL OF THE TIME. And now every single variation of it is premium? I don’t understand why you guys changed it. It’s so hard to use now. No good free filters. This app is definitely not worth anyone’s time of downloading anymore. It used to be so good but unfortunately Prequel has fell off..

I’ve had prequel for years and it was so much more enjoyable and useable before but now it’s like almost everything is behind a paywall?? not paying a subscription for something that was once free

Why these days apps tend to be work when you pay? Whats wrong with you? Now every filter needs payment

This used to be one of my most used apps cuz I loved taking pics and editing them with my phone, largely due to this app. The initial wave of free filters no longer being free took away a lot of filters and effects I would use but I still managed to adapt and use other free ones but with the most recent update it seems that most of the filters and effects are now paid only... Thus this app is no longer worth using unless you pay and at that point, might as well stick to the default photo app on the iPhone or use another editor. This is truly depressing and disappointing, wish there was a way to watch ads to access these filters and effects instead but I can no longer use this app I once loved as I don't utilize it enough or in a professional manner to justify paying for it.

I used this app for years and I used to recommend this app to all of my friends, but now I’m just so disappointed. You had a balance with free and subscription stuff within the app and you lost that balance. With these new changes, you are likely to lose more and more users. This is just bad and sad. RIP old PREQUEL.
