Very bad design. Every time you have to manually log in. Can’t register me and my family in one app or under same email or under same number. I raised many issues regarding the app at the reception but they will say we will resolved it but never gets resolved. I would not suggest it. Rather would call the call center for appointments or any other queries. Not recommended at all. Their doctors are good but I felt their management and IT department needs improvement.

Cannot Log in using UAE Pass for the last few days

Very bad application no benefit at all, cant book appointment , can’t modify appointment.alot of bugs and errors. We are in 2024 and all of these bugs !!!

App is not working since quite some time. Pls fix and notify.

Not at all useful app

I’ve been using this app since many years and was booking appointments, looking for my reports etc in the app. Now since few months app login has stopped working, even after entering correct password or through UAEPASS it’s not working. How is it the IT team not able to fix a simple thing since months? Very disappointing..

I have not been able to log-in and use the app for a while now. It doesn’t work

The app didn’t work at all I have been complaining for the team for the last 4 months and no one cares enough to fix it , really disappointing

Like said after the update app dosent allow to enter login details.

Very slow application waste lots of time and not easy to use at all specially for thise who are not IT SAVVY
