Mostly useless, often non functional, frustrating.

Hung for me 3/4 finished can’t get it to start over and fully load.

Lots of error messages such as "service not available; try again later". Can't order our medallions. Error uploading security photo. Can't enter birth date after uploading passport photo. App is very confused if one passenger logs out and another logs in. Struggled for hours to link my cruise with the app, and only worked after resetting my password to a shorter length (15 digits). Princess website accepts a longer strong password but the app just appears broken if you do so.

Ocean Ready does not let me save my address to ship the medallion to my house. Every time I hit save it tells me, Unfortunately, it seems to be an issue with the service. Try again later. I’ve been trying for over a week now. Need to fix.

Until we disembarked from club fusion area. The person in- charge said using a microphone, “ go home and cook “your own meal and wash your own dishes” , l can say he is a NASTY and fake person. He forgot he had a job because people are buying expensive tickets to Ruby Princess to relax and enjoy for just short time. If he is not happy to serve people then don’t work there.

This app works as well as the Princess website. If you enjoy error messages and not being able to complete simple tasks this is the app experience you have been looking for.

What good is an app that seldom opens and won’t correctly display information? NONE! Imagine flying with an app as unreliable as this one — why can’t Princess develop an app up to travel industry standards?? A bad app just contributes to unnecessary travel stress.

If ur not on the ship I’ve had to delete app and then redownload everytime I want to update my information before my cruise. Very frustrating

This app is awful and useless.

i do not know how the reviews are so good when this app glitches every 20 seconds. they tell us we have to use the app to preregister but it crashes and makes u restart for no reason. how are u the richest cruise ship but have the worst app? do better
