Unfinished development of the Medallion App
For the past 5 days I have been trying to add internet yo my future cruises to avoid the internet price increase. I have tried contacting the chat line and been continuously disconnected, emailing a cruise personalizer and getting no response and trying to find my reservations on the app which currently only shows the journey I am on. This is now going to cost us hundreds of dollars because Princess can’t get their act together. I could have solved this problem in mere minutes previously. I think Princess are trying to coerce passengers into purchasing packages we do not want by not giving us all the information we need to make our own choices. I have to add the app on board is great. PLEASE get the app working.
