Every time I want to print something from my phone I have to fight with my HP6400. Turn it off, turn it on. Reset the Bluetooth. Reset the network. Never ends.

This printer was working great with the app.. Than all of a sudden it would not connect to the app.

I bought the app but can’t get the link to work

Thank you for making the scan function so much more accessible through my printer app. I have had trouble with that function in the past and it was so easy.

I use my iPad to print photos. I usually print 5 x 7 or sometimes 8 x 10. The sizes available in this app are very limited and include neither of these sizes. Options are for 4 x 6 or two European sizes( A4 and A6). I use my iPad to scan as it’s more convenient than turning on my computer. This app want to use the iPad camera instead of scanning from my printer (which gives much better quality). After paying $14.95 (a reasonable price, I thought), this app is all but useless to me.

This app and every other app I have tried to get my HP 7640 MB to connect and print from my phone, tablet or laptop will not work. it shows my printer and my Wi-Fi devices. It shows my phone and my Wi-Fi devices but the two will not connect. This is so frustrating. I’m actually ready to stop using HP and buy a new printer and it will be a canon.

Have you pay $14.99 to go past first step, I.e. I scanned a doc but wasn’t able to print or save it without print to purchase.
