Shocking printer
This is a printer from hell. My first one was fantastic but this one SHOCKING. I hate the damn thing
Cannot connect printer to phone.
Cannot connect my printer now. I used to be able to print from my phone but, suddenly I am unable to do so. I have tried and tried and nothing works.
Too long winded
The process is not smart or quick - very long winded. Not happy that it will not print a document without me signing up to a monthly payment £14 - no way!!!

Great app. Easy to use.
Works better than official app.
Sometimes printer needs reset though.
Waste of time
Downloaded the app and couldn't even try it Within a few clicks it took me to a loop of pay £14.99 and i couldn't get out so deleted . Don't waste your time.

Why has printing become such a rigmarole? It used to be the case that all one needed to do was switch on the printer and press print. Now it is necessary to jump through several hoops. Why is this so?
