Stay away from Prodigy Finance if you can. They are a horrible loan shark with the worst possible collection process you’d ever experience. Stay away! Also, the app is rubbish. It hardly works. I could tell you more but you’ll experience it all when you download it yourself. Good luck!

No words... just terrible but sadly I’m locked in for a few years

Dashboard doesn’t show much at all. Outstanding loan balance, interest accumulated, current interest rate etc would all be good to have. Also, it’s a huge pain to sign in with email and password. Try integrating log in with iOS biometrics. Otherwise the app feels ancient

When I click on the app it says an update is available. OK. Then I click on the message. It should take me to somewhere I could update, right? No. Nothing to click on to update there and I clicked on everything clickable. I even deleted and reinstalled the app. Didn’t fix it. Great update. Well done. Now the app is completely useless

Major bug still exists, still no fix for over a month

It was working fine up until last month but then it suddenly stopped working. Now all I get when I start the app is a blank white screen. Please fix it.

Have to delete and download app again and again everytime when I have to login since the latest update!!

App is struck at the login page, irritating every time I am uninstalling and installing the app to move forward

After clicking login, it keeps on processing processing processes forever……………. Only fix is to uninstall and reinstall. I hope they fix the issues

Unable to login since last 7 days. I have to make a payment, hope the technical team is doing something to resolve
