I really cannot criticise this app enough. I just did a sample transaction to see if its working and the money just didnt get loaded its been a week and they keep saying “it will be settled by end of day”. They have hired uneducated professionals as their customer service support who reply like a bot in horrible grammar
Hi. Tried contacting your support team through email a several times and not even a single reply and yet here still waiting for your response.
This app used to be a must-have for international students. But lately the service quality has deteriorated. They recently began to deny 5x rewards on all my transactions given they refused to carry forward my reward merchants. They expect me to cherry pick my merchants without the default of continuing the same merchants. Edit: rewards granted are even more inaccurate than I thought. Used to be super loyal once, will churn out soon.
Please guy’s don't take Zolve credit card.one of the waste customer service they will provide.
Exposed my card to fraud and I asked to close my account in September 2023!! It’s been 9 months and my account is still not closed. It’s simple basic math that the company cannot reconcile. AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would never ever recommend zolve to anyone!!!!!!!
It's been 2 weeks since I've applied for a credit card and I've been waitlisted. What's the point of this service? They're not there when you need it the most. Getting a local secured CC is faster and better.
Don’t trust this app and Zolve. My issue was I uploaded my documents clearly and correctly but even though I still haven’t received my card and they don’t even have a customer service number they only chat with you with some automated messages and if I ask them about my card status they just say that we are sorry we are in high demand you are on our waitlist it’s been 1 month they were saying this to me and top of that they ask for your patience but in real they will test your patience. My friend has applied after me but he got his card immediately after the documentation process but I haven’t received till now. Please don’t prefer this instead prefer American Express credit card that is really a good one.
It took zolve 3 months to process my request for credit line ! There is no phone number to contact the customer service. There are not even good rewards when you pay bills or shop with zolve credit card.
Changing the rating here due to support call and quick resolution from Supervisor Hari. I would love to see the update that I discussed with supervisor hari as it will resolve more verification issues and makes the process stringent. Thanks team Will monitor and share the feed back.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Zolve has been disappointing. Despite encountering a significant issue with a transaction, the support team has not provided adequate assistance. Despite my repeated attempts to resolve the matter, I have received no meaningful response or support from Zolve. It is disheartening to see a lack of accountability and customer care from a service that I once trusted. As a loyal user, I expected better from Zolve. However, their failure to address my concerns has left me feeling frustrated. I hope that Zolve will take steps to improve their customer support and address issues promptly in the future. Until then, I cannot recommend this service to others.
