Everytime I have to redo my password as it continually says that it’s wrong when it’s not. Website works fine so why not the app each time? It’s NOT Prop ezy at all!!!

Very easy to use which makes a difference compared to the rest.

As a property owner who lives outside of the UAE I can’t register to use this app because I have a UK phone number and the registration form won’t allow me to enter enough digits to complete my full number. Not good.

Trying to log in since last 1 year. The team is also sleeping. Extremely disappointed

I liked how this app has all features built into it. Payment, Facilities booking, Download Invoice & Statement of Account, Notice & News.

so frustrating. nothing works. resetting password doesnt work. registering is an impossible process. uploading documents is frustrating.

Useless

It has been a month since i am trying to register, every time i get error messages. Difficult to upload documents because it doesn’t recognise documents in your phone, I figured out that you have to take photos of the documents needed to go forward to the next step. After finishing the registration which doesn’t include any part to fill the password. To log in you need a password. Even trying the option (forgot password) the app didn’t recognise my email. Sending many email to the company and they were not helpful and no reply since 2 weeks

Unable to log in anymore after the application updates. Email ID is not recognized though I have registered it previously
