Hi yes I am happy to use it as can follow what is happening on my mobile when I am out of the house. However I prefer communication with guests via email which I send from my desktop computer as attachments can also be sent.

The app allows to respond to bookings and questions quickly and efficiently, especially using templates.

Da qualche mese le risposte ad eventuali richieste di check-in/ orario, arrivano solo parzialmente ai clienti, costringendoti a riscrivere il messaggio affinché lo comprendano e non passare per incompetente.

Very helpful to hand the basic info needed. However, it would be additionally useful to see the other info which are visible when accessing by any pc
