ATTENTION We got scammed with our reservation in London through Booking.com for more than €2500.. we are trying to get our refund from Booking.com for more than two months.. we don’t think they want to refund us in the end.. we have all the documents but they are just delaying us and playing with time..

Da qualche mese le risposte ad eventuali richieste di check-in/ orario, arrivano solo parzialmente ai clienti, costringendoti a riscrivere il messaggio affinché lo comprendano e non passare per incompetente.

Very helpful to hand the basic info needed. However, it would be additionally useful to see the other info which are visible when accessing by any pc

Partiamo dal presupposto che quando vai a modificare le date si sballa tutto , succede praticamente sempre che il sistema facci danni evidenti sul calendario , inoltre ogni anno vengono aggiunti nuove forme di scontistica per i viaggiatori , praticamente del prezzo di listino rimane ben poco !

Assistenza Booking inesistente se ne lavano le mani completamente. 90% delle recensioni sono false e si vede lontano un miglio.

Cambierò la mia opinione quando miglioreranno l’app
