Worst customer service
Called Singapore partner helpline and transferred to staff called Mika based in Tokyo office. She tried to speak with a US accent but couldn’t understand my questions. Asked me to verify my identity, which I did and gave ALL MY DETAILS but still said she can’t verify it and asked me to contact our colleague who has already left the company. Then she repeated her questions and asked me to spell my email many times, which I did, even using the NATO Alphabet Code. But she still got it wrong! Why in the first place is a Singapore helpline number transferred to a NON-NATIVE ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY? Best part she is so proud that she understands English but she couldn’t explain the problem, and left me with no solution or options too.
