How can you fall in this trap? Because the human finger up close is orange on the camera, I decided to test this app. I got an orange and it showed me some random pulse. Other than that, maybe it records everything considering that you need to have the camera on during “calibration”. And to continue using the app, I have to pay A WEEKLY FEE! HOW DUMB IS THAT? This is probably targeted for the elderly people that barely even know how to use a smartphone and don’t know anything about technology! This should be illegal, it’s FRAUD!

They lie to you in an advertisement that you do a test that will tell you the state of your depression. You answer the questions and obviously you have to pay to see the results. The crazy part is that even after you pay for the results, there is no way to get the test results. It s all advertising and lying. So unprofessional, cancelled my subscription immediately, worst spent 1$ of my life. How can you trust with your mental health someone which lies and manipulates you to get your money? Not ok

They take you 40 euro from your account after 3 days! I’ve canceled subscription and I’m waiting for a refund!

This app is designed to trick you by having a well made UI that gives the impression of an actual working app that can indicate your current health/anxiety levels. But this is all a fraud. 1. They scan your heartbeat using your flashlight. The flashlight has no ability to scan your heartbeat whatsoever. It’s an component of the phone that has the role of emitting light. That’s it. Nothing special. 2. They scan your anxiety/stress levels by pressing the screen. The screen cannot identify any types of mental states a person is currently in. It also says to press as hard as you can just to identify your stress level...don’t do this, you would eventually break your screen. The iPhone’s screen doesn’t have a measurement of how hard you actually press the screen, so it’s virtually impossible to detect how hard you are pressing on the phone’s screen. Plus, a screen doesn’t even have a function to connect to your brain’s wavelengths or even having anything related to that Sci-Fi that is written in how the app does this types of measurements. 3. The app is flooded with 5 star reviews. This is self explanatory and it’s a huge red flag. 4. The app’s code is written horribly. You could easily break the app without using third-party software in order to access it without paying the subscription. That shows how impressive this app is. If you want these types of measurements, just get the newest iWatch (not the SE). You will eventually end up with a nice watch and without getting scammed.

I loved having this app, I only got installed it because I knew I was stressed and wanted to know how much. I definitely was stressed with some anxiety and depression. I wasn’t sure if the app would really show what was going on with me but it did. I learned how to deal with some of my problems with the coping devices that was on the app. I’m grateful to learn some of the techniques because it did help me feel better. I also learned how to better manage my lifestyle to help with my stress and anxiety. The other thing I loved was getting my measurements on my heart with bpm and hrv, I was so impressed with all the things this app can do, besides my body readings, the way it taught me how to cope with every day life. It also teaches you what kind of person you are which proven to be pretty accurate. The only reason I do not have the app still is because my fiancé was diagnosed with stage four cancer and I just cannot afford any extra expenses right now, but maybe when things are back to normal in my life I can get the app again. I was sad to have to make the decision to let the app go. I want to thank the developers for helping me out for the short time I had with the program because it truly helped. I highly recommend this to anyone else who thinks that they can use some help, even if it’s just a little bit, also for anyone who’s looking to get a idea of your every day vitals. Hope to have this app again.
