cancelled my subscription and giving more than enough time for notice and still get charged. It’s been almost two months and I have not heard from them for refund arrangement. Seems like a fraud scheme.
I try to use the service via pulsebit website, I have clicked the 7 day trial, not even I try to use the trial, app already charged me $39.9! I even not activate my account or login into this app, it charged the second $39.9 after 7 days!! And I cannot find any purchase history or subscription in my account! There is no free trial, once you click to download, it starts to charge. I already made a complaint!
I choose 3days plan total USD 1, however, I also find the transaction USD 29.9 in my credit account even I didn’t buy another plan, I sent email to the company but they didn’t follow up! It’s crazy as I need to pay this extra money ! How should I do??
I should have read the previous reviews (4th feb) because the exact same thing happened to me too. Downloaded the app, signed up for 3 day trial and immediately went back into the App Store to cancel the free trial. Now they’ve deducted 39 dollars (!!) from my credit card despite my numerous attempts of telling them what happened. The customer support is not helpful at all. I demand a refund!
It charged direct to credit card not via Apple. You can’t refund through Apple/iTunes. I have never used the App and seriously doubt if it can measure heart rate with your finger on the camera. Be careful!!!! Subscription USD 19.9 for two weeks. Crazy.
Download the APP, started the free trial and found out this is not what I was looking for so I cancelled the subsciption after using it for about 1 hour. After a while, credit card got deducted money from this APP. Confused, sent an email to ask about it, no reply. Today got deducted money 2nd time.... The funniest part is since they charged me anyway, I thought about really using the APP... and guess what? no purchase history! think twice before you get the APP
Unable to show all my journals and moods in the app. It’s very hard for refer back to my emotion changes. Please improve asap.
There is not button to cancel the subscription in the app. After emailing customer support, I received useless reply without any answers.
This app has helped me reflect on my emotional habits and make positive changes.
The simplicity of this app makes it so easy to use, but the insights are incredibly valuable.
