Pump with Elvie

It worked for like a week and now it won’t let me sign in.

I really love this app, but it keeps kicking me off and then, when I sign in again, it says “something wrong” every time. I have tried closing the app and opening, uninstalling and reinstalling, and made an effort at changing my password. 8 used the forgot password link and got the same “something wrong” message. Eventually in the last, this has randomly resolved itself and just put me back on the app, again, randomly. This time, however, it isn’t working. Super frustrating.

I love the pump but I haven’t been able to sign in and use the app since getting the pump and signing up. It keeps telling me something went wrong when I try to sign in and then I try to change my password and it tells me the same thing when I put my email in. So I’ve yet to be able to use the app since my first pump session.

I’m on my second journey of pumping and using only Elvie pumps. This time around the app has a couple regular glitches that make it a little annoying. 1. Every few days the app signs me out and then times out when I try to log back in. It could be like this for one, sometimes two days. This stinks because then I lose pumping data during that down time. 2. Randomly the app updates and inflates a session’s quantity. I notice this because it’ll add like 100 extra mLs to one side’s pump total, an amount I never get close to. I also kept track separately in a note and confirmed this. There’s no rhyme to when and how much it changes though. Fix these issues and you have a 5-star app!

I have the Elvie Stride pump and the app makes it so easy to keep track of pumping sessions and how much I pump! Love this for the ease of use and peace of mind I get. Also helps me get accurate times when I put contents into freezer bags.

Worked great for maybe a month. Now no matter what I try, I can’t log in. Can’t even make a new account. Super disappointed.

I have two pumps, the Elvie Stride and another plug in pump. I do like both for different reasons but my favorite thing about the Elvie is that it keeps track of when I last pumped, this has helped me stay on track with my schedule. I also like that I can include the quantity pumped.

The app is terrible. My pump has completely disconnected from the app twice. I’ve even gotten a new hub sent to me and reconnected but then it disconnected again. The app logs you out of your account then won’t let you log back in so you lose all your data. Don’t rely on this app.

It takes forever to add your ounces. I have to tap tap tap for every quarter ounce.

Extremely buggy. The app worked great for the first couple months. Now I’ve been having trouble with the app connecting to the pump or the app randomly closing on me. Support has not been helpful and even asked me multiple times if I could use another phone when pumping. Who has 2 smart phones?
