Since the new app update, we have had huge problems. The app will work for maybe 10 seconds then shut down. This has been occurring for over a month now. It is repeatedly occurring on many different phones, and with the latest version of the app so it isn’t just a one off thing. When the app does actually work, the ventilations are also grossly inaccurate. When the manikins are over-ventilated, the app still reports them in the ‘green’, whereas in real life this excess of air would cause huge barotrauma. The majority of my participants the other night gave up trying to use the app because it would just stop working each time. This is a devastating blow to my business. Having the QCPR manikins was one of the biggest draw cards for us. I hope that the app works properly soon otherwise I will be requesting a refund for the manikins since they aren’t QCPR at all.

Since an update the manikins keep disconnecting

Since the update, I can’t connect adult and child manikins at the same time. The app needs to allow for all manikins to be connected at the same time, like it used to. Very hard to monitor the students, now

App works great students love the real-time feed back. BUT it stopped connecting to baby. The baby appears and says connected but can’t do choking sim any suggestions?

Did not with had no trouble with the older version

It only connects to the white ones and not the black manikins.

This app works well on my newer iPhone and iPad, but I had been using an old iPhone to let students without a phone get the same feedback, but the new version no longer works in iOS 12. Not a big deal because the App Store will compensate and limit the App to the latest version that would work... WRONG. I’m fine with older devices no longer supporting updated apps. But evidently the programmers failed to align the requirements correctly and the version the App Store says would work from the device it was to be used on crashes every time it is opened. Don’t fake making it look accessible; just get the settings right to make it work or be honest and say it won’t.

Since the update, the app freezes up. Now it will not even open on my iPad. Very disappointing as I found this out during a class. Made my business look bad.

Since my iPad and the application update, crash don’t let me used. Very disappointed. I can evaluate the student with the maniQuin.

This update has clitches, it is not working properly. Please go back to the way it was
