Mine only works if I delete and reinstall every single time. No Apple Pay. It’s all so hard.

Hi, If I get my password wrong once, it locks me out and says I’ve had three attempts.. the. Locks me out and I can’t do lunch orders.

Was great. Super convenient until an update that requires a password to checkout. Really annoying addition

I have to delete and then re-download the app EVERY time I need to use it

The Face ID never works, a notification keeps popping up every time I try to pay for anything which says it failed…but it never actually tries to begin with. Beyond frustrating as you aren’t given a choice to not use this app. Every. Single. Time. Oh, and every few times I have to use it, I’m forced to reset the password because it doesn’t work anymore.

This app satisfies its intended purpose… providing sustenance to those in need (and who remember to write down their password, which I did). The one thing I can’t stand is the one notification that will not clear no matter what. What am I forgetting? What am I not seeing? What are you trying to make me see?? Make it more obvious pls… 🥲

You can no longer see what you have previously paid for. Important thing missing

My phone is set up to Face ID but all of a sudden the app has stopped working with Face ID, it’ll open and do three login attempts consecutively and then lock me out for 30 minutes and there’s no customer support.. Really frustrating when you want to order lunches the day of and then get kicked out bc the app doesn’t work.

Why can’t I set the children’s school as default. We live more than 4 kms from the school and need to search every time

This app hasn’t been updated in nearly 4 years yet is still used by many schools. It has a dated feeling UI and is full of bugs.
