Can't get it to accept my password or touch id - just get error message over & over! Forgot password won't work either, says code doesn't match and locks me out!

Despite the waitress trying many times, my emailing and calling masterpass and having them hang up on me, I never received the promised 10 GBP off my meal. So either this app doesn't work or it’s a scam. Stay away! I open the “contact us“ link and there is nothing. Total scam.

Won't let me sign in. Won't even let me reset my password. Terrible app (until fixed)!

We've come the Yankees games several time from Dallas. This app has NEVER once worked. Even our servers didn't know how to get it to work. Very frustrating!

This app is unusable: screen not responsive, location detector is slow, QR code scanner doesn't work. I had to restart the app multiple times to put in my seat details. Was this app tested at all? What is this, healthcare.gov? I didn't know I was using a windows phone.
