Decided to try this app out after receiving a flyer at my residence, and I was excited because I love to order out food for my family but other similar apps can be hard to navigate and become too pricey. This app was easy to navigate, included a lot of food options, and is locally owned and operated which I really enjoy! The fees were not outrageous, either. Not to mention, when I accidentally forgot to add a coupon code they had given me to my order, they had the courtesy to call me and add the coupon in my behalf, saving me money. Overall, I will be using this app often in the future!

App has to be the most idiotically ran app ever. There should be a way to contact your driver directly to ensure they know where to go and so the customer knows when they’ve arrived…..or to clarify any misunderstandings with directions. There should also be a way to rate drivers specifically, whether good or bad. I recently placed an order that I never received and the driver had the nerve to blame me when they never even came, which forced me to have to wait double the time to receive my order

When making a purchase, the app got stuck on the very long message mentioning it could not be completed. App basically burned the message into the screen “not literally”, and message won’t go away. Closing the app completely doesn’t fix. It keeps the cart of what I was planning to order and continues to pop up the message and shows somethings loading in middle of the screen. I even let it sit for about 2 hours and still stuck loading. Going to uninstall and reinstall to see if it fixes it. Hope nobody’s card doesn’t go through for some reason or doesn’t input anything for payment method wrong or you’ll be stuck like me.

They refund my order about every 4th order. They just casually do it 30-hr after I placed my order like this isn’t extremely annoying. Sometimes they wait so long to tell me they won’t be bringing me the food they charged me for that I don’t have time to make it to any other restaurant on north shore before they close. So I have to find something around my house or I’m not eating that night I guess Please stop taking orders just to cancel them an hour later

Look, I cannot track your drivers after they pick up the order. I cannot contact your drivers directly through the app. Your drivers have to text me directly using my phone number to get directions, since apparently it doesn’t give them directions. What’s the point of having an app if contact cannot be maintained with some degree of anonymity? Seriously... the order was supposed to arrive at 7:43 pm... by the time the driver found the place, it was 8:20 pm. I think your drivers need better technical support or they may end up facing the wrath of customers... if restaurants find out, you may lose business to Bite Squad, Door Dash, or others.... Fix it, or just remove it from the App Store.

Use different app to get food delivered to make it worse the customer service is horrible. They will blame you for an issue with their app. Plain and simple use something else this company just honestly doesnt care about customers or upgrading their app

I guess it takes 2+ hours to deliver chicken and noodles? Don’t bother

Their drivers aren’t the best. They have an attitude. It’s not worth the stress and time.

Finally a delivery service that actually knows what they’re doing ! It’s an easy app to navigate & follow along with . Locally owned and operated so they know what’s really up.

Just letting you know when I use your phone app, o get text notifications sometimes up to a day later that my food is being delivered. It irritates me and is bad service that I pay for. Thank you
