As a user of QB Self Employed for a few years I have been using that app flawlessly on my last phone(Android). Now I get a new phone(iPhone) they have removed the app from the store and don’t allow you to download it even though I’m a previous user. WhyTF would they do that if it’s still be used!? Add this to the other issues with this company (monthly fees going up constantly to be one) I’ll start searching for a new company to give my business to. Bye Quickbooks

Bug: The “split” transaction feature is currently broken. It does not let you actually split a transaction subtotal - it, incorrectly only, adds to the transaction total. No Invoice Uploading: Does not let you upload/import your own invoices. Only allows you to generate new invoices using their system (and default numbering system) - making this software very limiting and nearly unusable.

For several months now I can’t categorize transactions on the app as my categories have all disappeared. There is also no option to add them back. I called customer service and was on the phone for about an hour to only still have no resolution. Customer service is actually never helpful when calling this company. They never have solutions to any issues you may have with their product. I’ve had it! I’m switching to another company because I don’t have time for this for a service that my company pays for!

The app is now totally incapable of previewing and sending invoices. It refuses to preview custom invoices. I have to revert to my desktop computer to process invoices. Graphic bar of past due, unpaid invoices doesn’t show not yet due (grey) bar. Web backend engineers apparently don’t talk to mobile app developers. I’m tired of repetitive spam notifications up-selling Intuit products in the web console too. Great business model, Intuit, make your customers pay for your spammy ads. The bug count increases and the price of QBO goes up with it.

The app no longer syncs and I have lost so much mileage tracking. It will be a nightmare to get it all straight for tax season; the whole reason I spend money and use this app! Every time I open the app, it says to update but then doesn’t show an update needed so basically I’m wasting money on the subscription because the app no longer works.

The latest release has so many issues! It’s nearly unusable. Need to revert back until the bugs are fixed. IOS.

I am fairly new to QuickBooks so far I’m liking it. It helps me organize all my receipts and categorize them as well. I especially like the fact that I could save my receipts in case I lose it, which is usually the case looking forward to unlocking all the features, such as payroll when I’m ready for that leap

I have enjoyed the app since I’ve downloaded it. It helps keep me on track when it comes to sending out invoices and receiving payments. Only downside I wish you can send invoices or estimates to mobile phone numbers easier

I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Intuit Merchant Services that I feel compelled to share. When I signed up, I was told that ACH payments would be subject to a 1% fee with a $10 cap per transaction. Trusting this information, I processed $68,000 in invoices. To my shock, I was charged the full 1% fee without the promised cap, resulting in much higher costs than I anticipated. When I reached out to Intuit’s support team to address this issue, I was willing to continue using the service if they simply adjusted my account to include the $10 cap that was promised. Unfortunately, Intuit refused to make any changes or take responsibility for the misinformation I was given. The response was dismissive and showed a complete lack of accountability. This experience has shattered my trust in Intuit, and I have decided to cancel my merchant services account and leave the platform entirely. I strongly urge anyone considering Intuit Merchant Services to be cautious and verify all terms thoroughly, as the company may not stand behind the information they provide.

The new updates are horrific! We can’t search for old invoices or expenses. The new layout is more confusing. It’s harder to print from. Some of our accounts aren’t showing up. Why did you change what wasn’t broken??? We use this daily and it has changed in the worst way.
